  • SHIRAZ

This Shiraz wine is from award winning, cult producer Jamsheed.  Awarded 92 points by Robert Parker this 2012 Shiraz is deep garnet-purple colored and  flaunts lovely black and red berry notes enveloping a core of red cherries and black raspberries plus underlying thyme, violets, black pepper and dried leaves hints. Medium-bodied, this wine is elegant and yet wonderfully intense in the mouth as it gives layers of berry, earth and herbals flavors that are supported by a medium level of grainy tannins through the long, peppery finish.

  • CHABLIS

The Chablis white wine showcases a 2012 from one of the region's up and coming stars, Sebastien Dampt , son of the famous Daniel Dampt and from a family that have been major producers in Chablis for over 150 years.  With an excellent 88pt rating from Burgundy's leading critic Allen Meadows, this is a  classic villages  Chablis to be drunk fresh and young. Lively citrus and green apple aromas with a delicate mineral note are followed by refreshing flavours of lemon and lime with hints of toast and honey and a delicious, mouthwatering acidity.
