  • Yes, absolutely. We provide free, no-obligation quotations after an initial discussion or site visit. Every quote is transparent and VAT-inclusive.

  • We provide complimentary concept designs to help you explore ideas. This may include rough sketches, example images, or basic 3D visualisations.

    When you’re happy to move forward, a deposit enables us to undertake a site survey and produce detailed technical drawings and realistic SketchUp renders tailored to your space.

  • Absolutely. We regularly collaborate with architects, interior designers and builders, and we’re used to working as part of a wider project team.

    Our role is to interpret and refine the design, build the joinery, and ensure everything is delivered and fitted to the agreed specification — while maintaining open communication with all parties throughout.

  • Timelines vary depending on scope, but we’ll always provide an estimated schedule before work begins. We value efficiency and good organisation, so our goal is to deliver on time without compromising quality. Most projects we work on take between 4-8 weeks from deposit to installation.

  • Yes. we are insured for public liability.

  • INTEKA was formed in 2015, 10 years ago. Our owners have been working in the industry for over 20 years. GRAPHENE and INTEKA formed a strategic partnership in 2024.

  • For smaller projects, we require a 50% deposit to begin the design work and move the project forward. The remaining 50% is due prior to installation.

    For larger projects, we use a staged payment structure:

    5% to secure the design work

    45% to begin production

    45% prior to installation

    5% on completion

    This payment approach provides clarity and keeps the project progressing smoothly from design through to final installation.
